A Very good experience with this Easymakelaars getting a furnished rental apartment! We managed to find an apartment using this realtor in 2 days from USA, through video chats, emails and text through the help of our broker, Carlo. He was upfront, friendly, responsive and went out of his way to find an apartment for our daughter who will be coming to Leiden for her masters studies! Emails and calls with the office, Jacqueline the office manager, were also professional and timely. I totally recommend to visit Easy Makelaars in case you are looking for a place to rent! The only \easy\ thing about this agency is how easy they find excuses to take your money away. If you do decide to rent a place with them, make sure you take pictures of the tiniest flaws and details of the place once you move in, because they'll make you pay big time for the smallest things, even if it was already there in the first place.
I requested to view an apartment, response came 2 weeks later that the apartment is rented. Really responsive agency :D
The team members of Easymakelaars are amazing. It was very difficult to find an accommodation in Leiden, but they did their best for us, finally we can get nice places. They are not only professional but also friendly. I am very happy to meet this rental agency's staffs. Thank you to all of you.
